• Information you send us when hiring: your name, work email, company and the details of the role you need.
• Information you send us when applying to our talent network: your name, email, country, the role you do, your work history and any resume or profile link you share.
• Correspondence: emails and messages you exchange with us, and notes from calls you book with us.
• Technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log for security.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule and prepare for calls.
• To assess applicants and match them with client roles. We share an applicant's profile with a client only to consider them for a role.
• To provide, train, manage and improve our services.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example email, hosting and scheduling), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
